I what to tell you all about sports. To have a healthy lifestyle you will need to be exercising. Some of my favorite sports are track, fencing, flag football, and basketball. I also love to dance. That is one passion of mine that I have had since I was about three years old. Once you find a sport or something that is active stick with. Over time you will feel more energetic. The only thing on the ball or bed should be your waist and up. Put your arms out horizantly and crunch only using your back...&amp;nbsp; for your sides do the same thing except turn on your side and crunch with your side. Do this on right and left side. I know there are alot of beginners out there that need tips. I would reccomend that for beginners start with 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps of things like squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push-ups or other comman exercises that are easier to keep up on a daily basis. Once you feel like these are getting easier you can start increasing the sets you do and then start increasing the reps.
